EmuMeat

It is 98% fat free red meat which is similar in look to other red meats like beef, mutton, deer meat etc. Emu meat is rich in protein, iron and vitamin C yet low in cholesterol and calories. We get 30 to 35 kgs of meat from an adult Emu. It is being sold for Rs. 500 per kg in the market today.

EmuOil

Emu oil is semi solid white mass which is generally located all along the back of the bird but when it is processed and refined it is a clear liquid.
